As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our Operations team and help keep critical business processes running smoothly.

About the Role


The Operations Associate provides day-to-day support across product operations, supplier coordination, documentation management, and cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and working with a variety of teams to support operational excellence.


You'll collaborate closely with teams across Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance while helping maintain accurate records, coordinate project activities, and support product launch initiatives.

What You'll Do:


Project & Operations Support

  • Assist with operational projects and product lifecycle activities
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, and action item lists
  • Schedule meetings and document key notes and follow-up items
  • Support product launch activities and project coordination efforts
  • Track assigned tasks and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Help ensure project documentation remains organized and up to date

Supplier & Vendor Coordination

  • Assist with communications between Sports Research and suppliers or manufacturing partners
  • Follow up on documentation requests and project deliverables
  • Collect and organize supplier certifications, specifications, and records
  • Maintain supplier files and operational documentation
  • Escalate delays or documentation gaps when needed

Documentation & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records for products, suppliers, packaging, and operational activities
  • Enter and update information within ERP systems and internal databases
  • Support document control processes and version management
  • Verify data accuracy and assist with record maintenance
  • Help prepare documentation needed for audits and compliance activities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams with operational requests
  • Assist with gathering information and documentation across departments
  • Help coordinate operational communications and project updates
  • Support various departmental initiatives and special projects


What We're Looking For:


Qualifications

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, supply chain support, manufacturing support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in dietary supplements, food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries
  • Experience working with ERP systems or document management software
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, supplier, or product lifecycle processes
