About iVueit:
iVueit is a fast-growing technology company delivering on-demand, real-time photographic documentation and compliance verification across multiple industries including Insurance, Facilities Management, Residential, and Municipal.
We provide our customers with instant visibility into property conditions, operational execution, and portfolio risk, without waiting days or weeks for traditional inspection cycles.
Based in Columbus, OH, we are a team of high performers who thrive on execution, collaboration, and solving real operational problems. We move fast, hold ourselves accountable, and believe strong systems create scalable growth.
National Account Manager:
The National Account Manager (NAM) owns and expands strategic customer relationships at iVueit.
This role is responsible for:
  • Retaining and growing national and regional accounts
  • Driving expansion across geographies, use cases, and service lines
  • Leading executive-level conversations around operational visibility and performance
  • Partnering closely with Operations to ensure seamless execution

This is not a passive account management role.
This is a strategic commercial ownership role.
You will take accounts post-close from Business Development and own the full relationship lifecycle, including expansion pipeline, forecasting, and long-term account strategy.
Compensation: Base: $80,000 to $100,000 (OTE: $95,000 to $125,000)
Things to know:

  • Own the full commercial relationship after EAM handoff
  • Develop and execute account plans for each assigned client
  • Identify expansion opportunities across geographies, product lines, and use cases
  • Run structured discovery conversations using SPICED methodology

  • Convert operational signals into commercial growth opportunities
  • Navigate pilot programs, underwriting trials, and phased rollouts
  • Build expansion pipeline and forecast with discipline
  • Lead renewal conversations and pricing discussions
Executive Engagement
  • Build multi-threaded relationships within carriers, TPAs, and MGAs
  • Engage underwriting leaders, claims executives, risk managers, and procurement
  • Present business reviews, performance reporting, and ROI impact
Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner closely with National Operations Managers to ensure execution readiness
  • Surface product feedback to Engineering and Leadership
  • Protect revenue and account health while driving growth

  • Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with insight and clarity

You might be a good fit as a National Account Manager if:

  • You have 5+ years managing strategic accounts or national accounts in a B2B environment
  • You have experience managing national or multi-state accounts
  • You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • You are highly organized and disciplined in forecasting and CRM usage
  • You can communicate operational and financial value clearly to executive buyers
  • You are commercially driven and motivated by expansion targets
  • Your phone and writing skills are exceptional.

You will excel here if:

  • You think like an owner, not a rep
  • You proactively identify growth opportunities instead of waiting for inbound requests
  • You are structured in your thinking and execution
  • You can challenge customers respectfully when needed
  • You operate comfortably in ambiguity while maintaining discipline

What makes this role unique:

  • Direct exposure to national portfolio of clients
  • High visibility with executive stakeholders
  • Clear expansion-driven compensation structure
  • Defined pod structure with operational support
  • Opportunity to influence vertical strategy

What we will provide you:

  • A great compensation plan, this is a salary plus commission position.
  • A positive and supportive work environment enabling you to develop your skills, collaborate with other professionals, and invest in others.
  • A work community that strives to take great care of you through benefits like health insurance, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and others.
  • A corporate philosophy that emphasizes work/life balance.
