Job Description:

The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for developing and growing strategic customer relationships while delivering profitable business growth aligned with CSI's commercial objectives. The NAM serves as the primary commercial contact for assigned national accounts and is accountable for revenue growth, EBITDA, volume, customer satisfaction, and long-term account strategy. Key Accounts strategic to Dairy, Food, Beverage and Automotive industry. Position is based in Indianapolis, IN.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop trusted relationships with executive leadership, procurement, operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain contacts.
  2. Lead strategic business reviews, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial planning.
  3. Identify opportunities to increase market share, profitability, and customer value.
  4. Achieve annual sales, EBITDA, and volume objectives while maintaining forecast accuracy.
  5. Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute customer initiatives.
  6. Provide accurate forecasts, account plans, and pipeline updates

Educational and Other Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of progressive B2B sales, strategic account management, or national account experience.
  • Experience in packaging, manufacturing, food & beverage, consumer products, medical device, or industrial sales preferred.
