Job description

Busy ESTATE PLANNING LAW FIRM seeking experienced legal assistant. Candidate will assist with preparation of estate planning documents, verify information with clients by phone, prepare and maintain client files, and perform other administrative duties as needed.


Small, non-smoking office, offering great work environment. Opportunity for advancement within the firm. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00-5:30 and Fridays 8:00-noon.


QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of estate planning law office experience working with Wills, Trusts, and supporting documents; have a strong time management compliance, have great organizational skills, and the ability to analyze, coordinate, and manage document production. Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and very detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; must effectively communicate in writing and speaking. Experience in MyCase is a plus! Pay is competitive, and commensurate with experience.
