Valve Assembly Technician
West Des Moines, IA

Check-All Valve Manufacturing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Valve Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you'll assemble, lap, and test precision check valves while ensuring each product meets our high standards for quality and performance. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and thrive in a manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Gather materials and components based on production work orders and picking tickets.
  • Assemble precision check valves according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
  • Perform valve lapping to ensure proper sealing and performance.
  • Test completed valves to verify quality and functionality.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and technical procedures.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
