You'll handle routine and preventative maintenance tasks, tackling everything from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and carpentry. Compensation:

$24 - $26 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily trash pickup, ensure grounds are kept neat and litter-free.
  • General cleaning of common areas throughout.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and make repairs as needed.
  • Respond to maintenance requests daily, and complete the work within 24 hours when possible. 
  • Comply with OSHA regulations. 
  • Perform day-to-day operations as directed.
  • Participate in Emergency On-Call rotation.
  • Maintain a courteous, professional manner with all clients, residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees. 
  • Follow established company policies. 
  • Meet the necessary deadlines of an annual seasonal refurbishing project consisting of apartment turnovers.
  • Work effectively independently and in a team environment.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Required to pass a background check.
  • Must have general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC diagnosis, screen replacement, appliance repair, roofing inspections, gutter repair, general cleaning, tape measure, hand tools, small engine outdoor equipment, ladders, attic crawl spaces, snow/ice management, computers, iPad, smart phone, Word, and Excel.
