This regional hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services to the Scranton community and surrounding areas. The radiology department is well-equipped with advanced imaging technology and offers a collaborative environment with supportive staff and specialists on-site.
Opportunity:
Locums Radiology coverage
Job Details:
• 8-hour shifts available between 7am to 5pm, on-site only position
• Work will come from inpatient setting, ED, and outpatients
• Perform general radiology including MR, CT, Ultrasound, and mammography
• Will accept providers who can work 1-2 weeks per month for mammography only
• No IR/Vascular work required as there is an IR doctor on-site
• MRI interpretation including musculoskeletal, joints MSK, and MRA
• Nuclear medicine responsibilities include general studies, cardiac function, thyroid treatment, and SPECT
• Preference for experience with interventional procedures including biopsies and aspiration/drainage
• Must maintain ABLS and BLS certifications
• PA license required or eligible for licensure through IMLC
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
