Exposure to Technology in areas of Backup and Restoral
Familiarity with Business Continuity concepts.
Six Sigma Certification a plus
Previous MRA delivery experience
The Infrastructure Operational Resiliency (IOR) Policy and Process Oversight Analyst will work within the organization that support the Governance, Oversight and Health Reporting for Backup and Enterprise Critical Infrastructure activities following Regulatory MRA remediation, which required Bank of America to create and maintain a robust reporting solution that can accurately convey the state of data backups and Restoral capabilities. The IOR Business/Technology Analyst role will be called upon to support a variety of the planning, coordinating and delivery tasks within the established control processes that addressed regulatory MRA's, Compliance, Audit and Policy requirements. These activities may include:
Facilitation of Data Backup Policy and Standards compliance and exception processing.
Management of Process Owner Portal (POP) Single Process Inventory (SPI) Process and Control maintenance routines and Metric reporting.
Addressing Control partner inquires, and challenges related to Data Backup Policy and Standards as well as Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) Standards.
Coordination with large number of individual data / application owners, and the tracking and oversight of corresponding Policy adherence.
Influence and support executives, application owners and SMEs by facilitating operational deliverables within a collaborative team environment and delivering results.
Background in Technology Resiliency, Business Continuity, Backup and Restoral Services with emphasis on Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory delivery
Strong written and verbal communication that supports driving strategic direction while providing guidance and support of enterprise and other business management services.
Out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to identify technology and/or process solutions.
Exceptional ability to think systemically.
Execution driven , highly collaborative and able to influence through engagement.
Ability to effectively communicate concepts and tailor messaging to audiences appropriately.
Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs, and procedures
Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of gaining buy-in, building consensus, and resolving conflicts.
Ability to establish and grow strong relationships while managing change across the CTI partners.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in making sound decisions while facilitating process working sessions.
