What You'll Do

As an Associate Attorney, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex immigration matters while working alongside a collaborative and mission-driven legal team.

You will:

  • Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA
  • Manage a diverse caseload including family-based petitions, VAWA, U Visas, T Visas, asylum matters, and removal defense cases
  • Prepare and file petitions, motions, briefs, legal arguments, and supporting evidence
  • Develop winning case strategies with attorneys and legal support teams
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex immigration issues
  • Advocate passionately for clients while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards
  • Build trusted relationships with clients during some of the most important moments of their lives

What You Bring

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3 years of immigration law experience
  • Experience handling humanitarian immigration matters and removal defense strongly preferred
  • Outstanding legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Strong client communication and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload with accuracy, urgency, and accountability
  • Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, or other multilingual capabilities are highly valued
