What You’ll Do 

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families, providing information and coordinating follow-up with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate prospect records, referral data, and sales activity reports within community systems
  • Partner with community team members to ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the sales process
  • Assist with resident move-ins by coordinating paperwork, apartment readiness, scheduling, and communication with internal teams
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, outreach efforts, and promotional activities
  • Monitor inventory of marketing materials and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Stay current on community services, programs, and industry trends to effectively assist prospects, families, and referral sources

What You'll Need 

  • Must be 21 years of age or older 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required) 
  • 1+ years of related experience in sales or customer service in senior living (required)
  • Associate's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
