Your Role:
As our Move-In Coordinator, you will partner with our Family Advisor and community leadership to guide new residents and their families through every step of the move-in journey.
โข Coordinate all aspects of the move-in process, from deposit through move-in day
โข Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming residents and their families, answering questions and keeping them informed at each step
โข Ensure apartments are move-in ready by coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping
โข Complete, collect, and track all move-in paperwork and required documentation
โข Communicate new resident arrival details to dining, wellness, and life enrichment teams so day one feels personal
โข Welcome new residents on move-in day and coordinate day-of logistics
โข Follow up with new residents and families during their first weeks to ensure a successful transition
โข Maintain accurate records of deposits, move-in dates, and apartment availability in our CRM
โข Support tours, sales events, and community outreach as needed
Qualifications
โข High school diploma or equivalent
โข Experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or senior living preferred
โข Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
โข Warm, clear communicator with seniors, families, and coworkers
โข Comfortable with computers, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
โข Love for seniors!

Washington Pay Transparency
The expected pay range for this position is $20.60 - $30.90 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
