Job description

As the Move Supervisor, you lead and work alongside a crew of movers to ensure job are completed safely and efficiently. You manage daytoday activity on job sites, follow move plans, keep the crew on track, and ensure a smooth experience for the customer. You are responsible for safety, quality of work, and communicating job progress to the Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise movers during relocations
  • Conduct daily job site meetings
  • Manage on-site logistics and crew assignments
  • Ensure proper handling of furniture, IT equipment, and materials
  • Serve as on-site client contact
  • Report progress and issues to operations
  • Complete paperwork (timesheets, damage reports, etc.)
  • Enforce safety and DOT compliance
  • Train crew on techniques and standards
  • Assist with inventory, materials, and equipment

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in moving, logistics, or warehouse operations; supervisory experience required
  • Ability to read and follow move plans
  • Knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety standards
  • Professional, reliable, and customerfocused.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
