WORK SCHEDULE:
Full Time salaried role: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Rates start at $25 per hour

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Serve as a point of contact for residents and their families, aiding in the scheduling of assessments and move-in dates
  • Coordinate move-in paperwork and maintain resident files
  • Assist with scheduling tours, preparing marketing materials, and scheduling outreach meetings or presentations
  • Assist in management of CRM software
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure apartments are move-in ready
  • Promote and participate in company-wide initiatives and events
