Position Summary
The Hospitality Associate is responsible for delivering a seamless workplace hospitality experience through amenity management, workplace readiness, meeting support, and exceptional service for employees, clients, and visitors. The role serves as a visible workplace ambassador, ensuring shared spaces remain clean, stocked, professional, and guest-ready throughout the business day.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Workplace Hospitality & Amenities
  • Maintain pantries, cafs, beverage stations, wellness rooms, and shared spaces to hospitality standards.
  • Conduct routine workplace inspections and floor audits.
  • Monitor and replenish food, beverage, and workplace supplies.
  • Ensure amenities and common areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
Guest Experience & Service
  • Provide coverage for reception, assisting with inquiries and special requests via phone, email, and in-person
  • interactions, delivering proactive and personalized service.
  • Deliver a welcoming, hospitality-focused experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Respond to workplace and hospitality-related requests.
  • Partner with workplace teams, vendors, and service providers to maintain workplace readiness.
Meetings & Events
  • Support meeting and conference room readiness, setups, resets, and room turnover.
  • Coordinate catering deliveries, refreshments, and hospitality services.
  • Assist with event logistics and special workplace events.
Secondary Responsibilities (Backup Support as Needed)
The Hospitality Associate may provide support in the following areas during peak periods and/or in staff absences:
  • Mail distribution and package handling.
  • Reprographics and printing support.
  • Vendor escorting and coordination.
  • Work order submission and service tracking.
  • Administrative and operational support for workplace initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of hospitality, conference services, catering, event operations, or client-facing service experience within a
  • corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills with a hospitality-first mindset.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and deliver
  • polished, client-ready experiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and workplace technology tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, clients, and visitors in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $20.53 - $28.70 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. RRD's benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
