At Lexus of Northborough, our Receptionist is often the first person our guests meet and the first voice they hear. As one of the premier luxury automotive dealerships in the region, we are looking for a professional, polished, and customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience to every guest.
Whether greeting customers in our showroom, answering incoming calls, or assisting various departments throughout the dealership, you will play a key role in upholding the high standards associated with the Lexus brand.
What You'll Do:

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Provide administrative support to dealership departments as needed
  • Help create a luxury-level guest experience for every customer who visits our dealership
