Job description

Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors.
Career Opportunity
The Electrician will install and maintain the electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in the modular units.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints, electrical schematics and parts specifications
  • Interpret construction documents, specifications, verbal and written instructions
  • Work in restricted areas and possible at heights
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines under pressure
  • Perform as a self-starter and also a team player
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills with the capability to troubleshoot and make logical project minded decisions
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in all elements depending on job location and time of year
  • Must be able to stand, sit, walk, kneel, stoop, or drive for long periods of time
  • Must physically be capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs
Essential functions:
  • Installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
  • Set switchgear, panels, and other distribution equipment
  • Measure, cut and bend conduit
  • Trace out short circuits in wiring, along with troubleshooting other electrical issues
  • Make minor electrical repairs
  • Maintain tools and equipment
  • Work closely with the QC Department, Master Electricians, Supervisors, and Plant Manager
  • Lead individuals to allow learning and development
  • Maintain cleanliness of electrical shop and job sites, while practicing appropriate safety procedures.
  • Assist and support other production floor operations as required.
  • Demonstrate excellent and efficient communication
  • Manage project files, drawings, documents and records in our system
  • Perform in accordance with the National Electrical Code
  • 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
  • Must be able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints, electrical schematics and parts specifications.
Salary Based on Experience
  • Level 1: $17-$22
  • Level 2: $22-$26
  • Level 3: $26-$30
  • Hiring Manager will determine your level based off experience, skillset, and knowledge
