Role Overview
This position will be an important part of the Bentonville based Fanatics team responsible for the business analytics, assortment completeness, seasonal cadence, store assignments, and modular presentation across an omni-channel for sports licensed products.
The Modular Specialist responsibility to objectively and unbiasedly provide efficient and professional modular recommendations on the entire sports licensed product category. This includes drawing and delivering store-by-store modulars to execute at the store level for a multitude of projects.
how you will make an impact:
  • Working hand-in-hand with our team to develop visual merchandising recommendations for stores nationwide.
  • Drawing modulars and other forms of plan-o-grams utilizing Blue Yonder Space Planning software that represent best in class recommendations for in-store displays.
  • Presenting licensed product in well thought-out and easy to understand collections that tell a story for the consumer.
  • Timely delivery of clear, concise and complete space planning designs that align with traited stores.
  • Proactively changing displays to promote new products, special feature offerings or seasonal programs that can be executed at the store level.
  • Creating ways to make merchandising and store set-up easier, faster, and more efficient.
  • Understanding Scintilla and the functionality of this software.
  • The ability to be comfortable conversing with these audiences and taking direction to improve the merchandising.

what you bring to the team:
  • Associate Arts or Bachelor's degree
  • 3 - 5 years experience of merchandising, plan-o-gram and presentation development, with high modular count and high sku count
  • Advanced Blue Yonder space planning proficiency
  • Proficiency with modular development software, JDA Space Planning, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Comfortable making presentations in a high-performance environment.
  • Demonstrated healthy team dynamics and the understanding of collaboration on projects.
  • The ability to work to hit deadlines complete with accurate information.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand continuously
  • Ability to travel for business and presentation purposes, less than 5% of time
