As a Manager in Assortment Activation, you'll drive how our merchandise comes to life on the shelves. You won't just coordinate modular initiatives-you'll own their flawless execution. We bring Walmart's merchandising strategy to life for Women's Apparel-our largest and most fashion-forward business. Our team owns the planning, resource allocation, and execution of high-impact modulars. We are problem-solvers who thrive on continuous improvement, collaborating across the business to align our layouts with customer needs. We operate with a strong culture of mentorship and operational excellence. You'll join a high-visibility team dedicated to solving unique retail challenges and growing careers together.
What you'll do:
  • Influence & Align Merchants: Partner with cross-functional merchant teams to guide decisions, aligning strategic merchandising visions with realistic, executable modular plans.
  • Lead Execution: Manage daily operations, optimize workload planning, and clear roadblocks to ensure all project milestones are met on time.
  • Drive Quality & Process: Serve as the modular execution expert, using performance data and store feedback to continuously streamline operational processes.
  • Develop Talent: Mentor and coach your team, fostering a culture of growth and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
