Park Manor is a 100% employee-owned Rehabilitation amp; Nursing Care Facility located in Park Falls, nestled in the heart of the Northwoods. It is Park Manor’s mission to provide excellent quality care in an atmosphere of compassion, hospitality, and respect for the dignity of each person.
Requirements:
  • Must be listed current on the WI Nurse Aide Registry
  • Pass a caregiver criminal background check
Job Summary:
  • Provide direct resident care and assistance with ADLs to include bathing, dressing, hygiene care, toileting, nutrition assistance, etc.
  • Assist with safe resident mobility
  • Assist in transporting residents
  • Provide services to assist residents in maintaining highest level of safety and independence
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation
  • Complete tasks to assist in maintaining neatness/cleanliness of the facility
  • Other applicable job duties as assigned
