Pay: $25/hour + DOE
Schedule: Day Shift | 40 hours/week

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Millwright Supervisor to lead a team of skilled trades people in a dynamic industrial setting in Texarkana, AR. This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing a small crew, ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of the crew
  • Plan, assign, and review work to ensure high standards of quality and safety
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Oversee steel erection and the installation of machinery, conveyors, and mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
