Custom Agri Systems, Inc. is a leading industrial and mechanical contractor specializing in design, construction, and service of grain handling equipment. Family owned and operated for over 42 years we are committed to providing quality workmanship to our customers and a great place to work for our employees. 


We are searching for experienced agricultural grain handling millwrights. This is not an "entry-level" construction position. A millwright is a hands-on construction and service position of installing, repairing, and maintenance of grain handling components. Must have knowledge of conveyors, grain legs, grain storage, augers, etc. to help you be successful in this career. You must have the ability to climb and work at heights. Overtime work is required as needed. 


We offer a competitive salary and a benefits package that includes 401k match, health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Paid time off after 90 days. We provide OSHA training, Safety training, education tuition reimbursement, PPE provided, tools and transportation to job sites.

  • Proficient in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and welding.
