We are hiring an experienced Plant Maintenance Millwrightย to support production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for maintaining high equipment uptime, reducing spoilage, and supporting production efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and lubrication
  • Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns
  • Conduct root cause analysis
  • Operate and maintain production equipment
  • Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Fabricate and weld parts as needed

Equipment Includes:

Industrial compressors, vacuum pumps, cooling towers, punch presses, rotary equipment, ovens, oxidizers, and MUA units.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years production/manufacturing experience (required)
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in hydraulic & pneumatic repair
  • Team-oriented with strong work ethic
  • Must pass background and drug screen

Welding Test Required:

  • Oxy/Acetylene torch & plasma cutting
  • MIG (GMAW) โ€“ Horizontal & Vertical
  • Stick (SMAW) โ€“ Horizontal & Vertical
    TIG (GTAW) a plus
