About the Holden Facility
Our Holden mill includes a log yard, sawmill, dry kilns, planer, and shipping operations. As a Maintenance Millwright, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.

What You'll Do
    Perform skilled mechanical maintenance, installation, and repairs on motors, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
    Troubleshoot breakdowns and determine effective repair actions.
    Conduct inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and welding/fabrication as needed.
    Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols, including lockout procedures.
    Work independently and collaboratively with the maintenance team.
 


    Must be at least 18 years old
    High school diploma or GED
    At least 5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance/millwright experience OR equivalent education/experience OR 3 years in a lumber manufacturing environment as a mechanical maintenance/millwright
    Proficiency with hand/power tools, precision instruments, and technical drawings
    Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
    Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
    Ability to lift heavy components, work in confined spaces, and tolerate extreme temperatures
    Welding and torch work experience
    Familiarity with SAP/S4 preferred
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    Willingness to work any shift, weekends, and holidays
    Commitment to safety and continuous learning
