Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Millwright

Join Our Team!

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and safety-focused Maintenance Millwright to join our maintenance team. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, and improving grain handling and processing equipment to keep our facilities operating safely and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on grain handling and processing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, augers, bucket elevators, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, motors, and other mechanical systems.
  • Install, align, and maintain mechanical equipment.
  • Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment modifications.
  • Safely operate telehandlers, boom lifts, forklifts, and other maintenance equipment.
  • Assist with facility maintenance, construction projects, and equipment installations.
  • Work safely while following all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in seasonal overtime and on-call maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must possess a CDL or be willing to obtain one.
  • Mechanical maintenance, millwright, industrial maintenance, or agricultural equipment experience preferred.
  • Welding and metal fabrication experience required.
  • Experience with rigging, lifting, and setting heavy equipment.
  • Experience operating telehandlers and aerial boom lifts is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty, dirty industrial environments.
  • Able to lift 75 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
  • Must work well independently and as part of a team while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
