Purpose and Impact:
This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability. We are seeking a Mid-Level All Source Analyst to support various locations. The ideal candidate will need to have skills and knowledge to support focused and tailored analysis on up to 36 nations in the Western Pacific Ocean, to include China, Taiwan, Southeast Asia (including countries such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines), Northeast Asia (comprising Japan, South Korea, North Korea, and parts of Mongolia), South Asia (including India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives), as well as numerous Pacific Islands and portions of the Indian Ocean, as well as support to targeting across the USINDOP ACOM AOR, to enable strategic advantage for USINDOPACOM CDR and subordinate warfighters. Employees shall have and maintain the ability to conduct all-source analysis of the USINDOPACOMAOR and USINDOPACOM Areas of Interest (AOI) (as defined by the UCP). An All-Source Analyst must conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, target development, intelligence planning, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. An all-Source Analyst will use information gained from multiple and varied sources to produce operational and/ or strategic level assessments and products that address regional defense relationships, strategies, goals, and intentions, and the factors, conditions, or other influences that contribute to or undermine national and regional stability, leading to or perpetuating hostilities within a nation-state, or among nations, indigenous groups, tribes, sub-state governments, and other entities that would affect U.S. national security interests or require immediate U.S. action.

Work Schedule: Standard 40-hour work week between 0600 and 1800, Monday through Friday. Ability to work shift work if necessary.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Produces intelligence products to meet planned or crisis support production requirements.
- Provides specialized or unique data to support and augment all source analysis. Intelligence products shall conform to (Intelligence Community Directive) ICD 203 / Intelligence Community (IC) standards and use DIA product lines.
- Produces follow-on products when required, including information papers, articles, and briefings in the formats designated by the Government for DIA and Department of Defense (DoD) seniors, CCMDs, U.S. national level customers, and war-fighters.
- Provides personnel with language capabilities (Appendix C) to support assessments, as directed by the Government.
- Expands current Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) / Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) data records to reflect military forces installations, facilities, units, and equipment; use all source analysis to discover the force disposition; and create corresponding records within the MIDB/MARS (and follow-on systems).
- Conducts all-source analytic production on foreign military forces on, but not limited to, foreign military organizations, command structure, strategy and doctrine, capabilities, equipment, operations and exercise, facilities, sustainment, leadership, and force disposition / order of battle.
- Provides all source intelligence analysis and collection, assembling all available and USINDOPACOM AOR-relevant information, data, and knowledge obtained from multiple intelligence disciplines, especially imagery in situational awareness and in-depth knowledge (i.e., Foundational Intelligence) on order of battle data.
- Produces foundational intelligence products and updates appropriate intelligence databases
- Applies analytic tradecraft to plan, research, prepare, integrate, publish and brief complex all-source studies, papers, briefings, and assessments on foreign military threats against USINDOPACOM.
- Coordinates with other Defense Intelligence Enterprise Agency elements and IC components on a range of foreign military issues for senior decision-makers.
- Conducts extensive research and analysis of foreign defensive and offensive military strategy, doctrine, intent, capabilities, operations, force structure and subordination, and supporting services and infrastructure.
- In coordination with global combatant commands, Defense Intelligence and Security Enterprise, and foreign partners, identifies and tracks evolving military threats in the regional/global environment and prepare reports or briefings to capture this for USINDOPACOM audiences.
- Integrates adversary analysis into J2/JIOC Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) products to help identify adversary critical vulnerabilities.
- Serves as a team member on command-wide, multi-disciplinary efforts that involve critical military and cyberspace/space issues.
- Develops and maintains liaison with counterparts within the command, other national intelligence agencies, and components of U.S. commands to coordinate intelligence assessments.
- Conducts Indications and Warning (I& W) analysis to assist in predicting potential adversary behaviors and indicator changes within the USINDOPACOM AOR.
- Provides cyber and military related intelligence support to other DoD/IC entities.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

- Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
