To thrive as a Capabilities Analyst, you need strong analytical abilities, experience with data interpretation, and a background in business or information systems, often supported by a relevant degree. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, data visualization platforms (such as Power BI or Tableau), and process mapping software is common, along with certifications in business analysis or project management.
