Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm 
Location: Austin, TX 78741
Position Type: Temp to hire

What’s a typical day as Operations Analyst II? You’ll be:
  • Providing support for overall Business Unit/Departmental budget, expenses, reconciliation, and financial reporting
  • Developing and maintaining budget processes including reporting, costing, and revenue projections
  • Analyzing departmental factors to monitor budget, expenses, and financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with operational budgets and forecasts
  • Working with internal managers and staff to develop, review, and approve budgets
  • Forecasting sales revenue, service revenue, operating income, or other financial factors
  • Developing, monitoring, and reporting financial KPIs for the department
  • Gathering, analyzing, and preparing recommendations for financial planning and reporting techniques
  • Assisting with implementing and transferring data to new programs, and creating new forms and metrics
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have at least 1-2 years of applicable experience (strong internships related to the role will be considered)
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related area (direct related experience may be substituted for educational requirements)
  • Are proficient with Microsoft products
  • Have familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI applications
  • Are local to Austin, TX
  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills
