We're Hiring for a Manager, Supply Chain Analytics!

THE ROLE: The Supply Chain Analytics Manager will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and creating reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making within the organization. In this role, the incumbent will also serve as the global supply chain data expert and drive the standardization of organizational data practices and architecture.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources via relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python)

  • Independently format, re-structure, and/or validate data to ensure quality, and review the dataset to ensure it is ready for analysis

  • Synthesize business needs with your partners and stakeholders to prioritize what analytical tools to build, set goals, and help steer the definition of global supply chain KPIs

  • Use data to identify supply chain process gaps, quantify improvement opportunities, and track value brought to the business from key initiatives

  • Design, build, configure, test, debug, and maintain various reports and dashboards

  • Develop hypotheses and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches, different methodologies, frameworks, and technical approaches to test them

  • Influence partners and end users to employ world-class data governance and management practices

  • Build credibility through structure and clarity, and become a trusted data resource and process expert

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and querying databases or statistical analysis

  • 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain related field

  • Advanced proficiency to visualize data using PowerBI and/or Tableau desired

  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP BI desired

  • Use custom data infrastructure or existing data models as appropriate, using specialized knowledge

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and time-management abilities

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically

  • This role may require 10% or less of business travel for global team meetings.

SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $96,600to $135,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
