Overview:Nomad Global Communications Solutions is a leading provider of communication and response products serving a wide variety of customers. Our purpose is to be the solution when every minute matters.
The Supply Chain Analyst is a multi-level role (Levels 1-4) responsible for driving data-driven execution and continuous improvement across materials planning, sourcing and purchasing, inventory management, and warehouse operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and disciplined execution of ERP transactions across manufacturing.
At all levels, the role partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Materials Management, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Project Management, and Manufacturing to identify issues, analyze data, and implement solutions that improve operational performance and support business objectives.
The position progresses from foundational operational support and reporting (Level 1) to independent analysis and process ownership (Level 2), then to cross-functional leadership and system optimization (Level 3), and ultimately to enterprise-level strategy, governance, and performance framework development (Level 4).
Throughout all levels, the Supply Chain Analyst is expected to:
- Leverage Excel, Power BI and ERP systems to transform data into actionable insights
- Improve and standardize end-to-end supply chain processes
- Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions as control mechanisms
- Support audit readiness through documentation, traceability, and transaction discipline

- Support receiving, picking, staging, and material issuance processes by helping maintain documentation and ensuring transactions align with physical activity.
- Assist materials planning and purchasing teams with basic shortage reports, open order status reporting, and data validation.
- Analyze inventory and material flow data at a basic level to identify discrepancies and trends; elevate potential process gaps.
- Prepare recurring metrics, dashboards, and reports using established templates.
