Utilizing materials like PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, and urethane, the company provides calendering, extrusion, lamination, and conversion services. Located in Everett, Washington, Achilles USA develops unique formulations and compounding processes to deliver tailored solutions to its clients. Achilles USA is part of The Achilles Corporation, a global leader in specialized plastic films and synthetic leather manufacturing.  


The Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator supports the execution of day-to-day supply chain activities including order processing, materials coordination, shipment tracking, and internal communication. This role ensures accurate and timely flow of information and materials across procurement, planning, production, and logistics functions.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Order & Transaction Support

Process and track purchase orders, production orders, and internal supply requests 

Ensure accuracy of order data within ERP systems 

Monitor order status and follow up on open or delayed items 


Materials & Logistics Coordination

Support inbound and outbound material flow to ensure timely availability for production 

Coordinate shipments, receipts, and documentation with suppliers and logistics partners 

Assist in resolving discrepancies in deliveries, quantities, or documentation 


Communication & Execution Support

Serve as a communication link between procurement, planning, production, and warehouse teams 

Provide status updates on orders, materials, and production readiness 

Escalate issues that may impact production schedules or customer deliveries 


Inventory & Data Accuracy

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and transaction integrity 

Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities 

Help ensure ERP data consistency across supply chain processes 


Process Support & Continuous Improvement

Support standard work processes across supply chain functions 

Identify opportunities for improving accuracy, speed, and communication flow 

Participate in cross-training and backup support across all supply chain roles

Requirements

Education/Training: High school diploma or GED. 


Experience: 

  • 2-3 years data entry experience including MS Office suite.
  • Math skills
  • Experience with ERP or similar system preferred
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or administrative coordination nice to have

Skills/Aptitude: 

  • Effective oral and written communication, computer literacy, detail oriented and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and tracking.
  • Effective communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions: Office 90%, factory office & lab 10%. 


Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a post offer background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. 


Hourly Rate: $23 - $27 

Duration: 2 months
