Une entreprise internationale de premier plan spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication d’aéronefs est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable approvisionnement pour joindre son équipe située à Dorval.
Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable des activités d’approvisionnement liées à différentes commodités et projets de développement de produits. Tu assureras également le leadership d’une équipe d’agents en approvisionnement, participeras aux négociations avec des fournisseurs internationaux et collaboreras étroitement avec plusieurs équipes internes dans un environnement manufacturier.

Tes responsabilités
  • Diriger, accompagner et mobiliser une équipe d’agents en approvisionnement tout en assurant le suivi de ses priorités et de sa performance
  • Piloter les activités d’approvisionnement liées aux commodités assignées et contribuer aux stratégies de sourcing à travers différentes phases de développement de produits
  • Mener les négociations commerciales et contractuelles avec des fournisseurs locaux et internationaux
  • Coordonner les projets d’approvisionnement avec les équipes internes et assurer le suivi des échéanciers, risques, KPIs et livrables fournisseurs
  • Développer des relations solides avec les fournisseurs et les différentes parties prenantes internes afin d’assurer l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels et financiers
Profil recherché
  • 8 années d’expérience en approvisionnement, achats stratégiques ou gestion de fournisseurs dans un environnement manufacturier de pointe
  • Expérience en gestion ou supervision d’équipe, combinée à de solides compétences en leadership et en gestion de projets
  • Solide expérience en négociation commerciale et contractuelle avec des fournisseurs internationaux
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, afin de collaborer et négocier quotidiennement avec des partenaires internationaux
  • Baccalauréat en administration, génie ou domaine connexe; une expérience dans le secteur aéronautique ou dans le développement de produits constitue un atout important

A leading international company specializing in the design and manufacturing of aircraft is currently looking for a Supply Chain Leader – Procurement to join its team in Dorval.
In this role, you will be responsible for procurement activities related to various commodities and product development projects. You will also provide leadership to a team of procurement agents, participate in negotiations with international suppliers, and work closely with several internal teams in a manufacturing environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and engage a team of procurement agents while overseeing priorities and performance
  • Manage procurement activities related to assigned commodities and contribute to sourcing strategies throughout various product development phases
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with local and international suppliers
  • Coordinate procurement projects with internal teams and monitor timelines, risks, KPIs, and supplier deliverables
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support operational and financial objectives
What We're Looking For
  • 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management within an advanced manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing or supervising a team, combined with strong leadership and project management skills
  • Strong experience in commercial and contractual negotiations with international suppliers
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, to collaborate and negotiate daily with international partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; experience in aerospace or product development is a strong asset
