Position Overview

Shaw Industries is looking for a curious, motivated student who enjoys learning how things work, analyzing data, and collaborating to solve complex operational challenges. What You'll Work On

  • Process improvement initiatives that enhance flow, reduce waste, or increase throughput
  • Data analysis to identify trends, support decisions, or improve reporting accuracy

  • System updates and documentation for standardized work and training
  • Layout updates using tools such as CAD to reflect current operations
