Supply Chain Internship/Co-op Fall 2026

Position Overview

Shaw Industries is looking for a curious, motivated student who enjoys learning how things work, analyzing data, and collaborating to solve complex operational challenges. Our ideal candidate is excited to work on projects that have an immediate and lasting impact on our supply chain network, brings a positive and proactive attitude, and has a strong desire to learn and grow. What You'll Work On

  • Process improvement initiatives that enhance flow, reduce waste, or increase throughput
  • Data analysis to identify trends, support decisions, or improve reporting accuracy

  • System updates and documentation for standardized work and training
  • Layout updates using tools such as CAD to reflect current operations
