Position Overview The Senior Capability Analyst will primarily support the Capabilities Assessment Branch and be responsible for understanding, interpreting, coordinating, and executing Service, Agency, and Combatant Command requirements related to specific capabilities, as they pertain to Nimble Fire and JRICM. This position will coordinate subject matter expertise in advanced technical concepts, such as space systems, electronic warfare, or cyber warfare.
Essential Job Function
  • Understand, interpret, coordinate, and execute Service, Agency, and Combatant Command requirements related to specific capabilities as they pertain to Nimble Fire and JRICM

  • Coordinate subject matter expertise in advanced technical concepts such as space systems, electronic warfare, or cyber warfare

  • Assist the Government in the planning, management, and execution of Nimble Fire exercises

  • Assist the Government in the planning, management, and execution of JRICM studies

  • Coordinate with Nimble Fire execution partners to host Distinguished Visitor Days and Capstone Days

  • Act as a liaison between JIAMDO and combatant commands supported by Nimble Fire events

  • Support reviews of modeling and simulations, exercises and demonstrations, and data analysis to evaluate emerging IAMD systems

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility

  • Master’s degree

  • At least ten (10) years of professional experience within IAMD or a related area

  • Minimum of five (5) years supporting the Joint Staff, OSD, Service HQ, or CCMD HQ

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Nimble Fire or JRICM exercises

  • Subject matter expertise in space systems, electronic warfare, or cyber warfare

  • Experience coordinating with Service, Agency, and Combatant Command stakeholders
