Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise electronic security projects onsite for a dedicated customer
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors responsible for low-voltage cabling and device installation
  • Conduct site walks and assist with camera/device placement recommendations
  • Ensure installations align with customer expectations, project scope, and best practices
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact onsite
  • Coordinate project schedules, site readiness, and installation timelines
  • Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and system turnover activities
  • Work cross-functionally with internal technical teams, field engineers, and customer stakeholders
  • Assist in transitioning projects from deployment into long-term service and support
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project momentum and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in electronic security integration, low-voltage systems, or physical security project management
  • Strong understanding of:
    • IP camera systems
    • Access control systems
    • Relays, inputs/outputs, and low-voltage infrastructure
    • Enterprise security deployments
  • Experience managing subcontractors and field installation teams
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills
  • Ability to read plans, coordinate field activity, and manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
  • Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced enterprise environment
