Tiger Analytics is expanding its Microsoft partnership and seeking a high-impact Partner Sales Executive to accelerate revenue growth across our priority industries. This role will be responsible for driving the co-sell pipeline, expanding our footprint within existing strategic accounts, and opening new customer opportunities by leveraging the full strength of the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Data/AI consulting services, a strong understanding of Microsoft's industry priorities, and a proven track record of co-selling with Microsoft field teams to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Co-Sell Execution:

  • Drive new business pipeline and closed revenue through joint selling with Microsoft account teams.
  • Identify and pursue co-sell eligible opportunities across Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, and Energy.
  • Expand Tiger's presence within existing enterprise accounts by building strong relationships with Microsoft account teams, industry advisors/execs and aligning capabilities to Microsoft's industry & customer priorities.
  • Own quarterly revenue targets tied to Microsoft-sourced and Microsoft-influenced pipeline.
  • Partner with industry and delivery leaders to shape proposals and customer-ready materials.

Microsoft Relationship & Field Engagement:

  • Build trusted relationships with Microsoft field sellers, industry leaders, and partner teams.
  • Drive top-of-mind awareness of Tiger's capabilities across Microsoft's industry teams.
  • Participate in Microsoft account planning cycles and industry councils.
  • Ensure Tiger is represented in Microsoft's internal deal orchestration motions.

Industry-Aligned Go-to-Market Leadership:

  • Map Tiger's industry capabilities to Microsoft's industry priorities and solution plays.
  • Develop joint value propositions and co-sell plays tailored to target industries.
  • Partner with marketing to build co-branded assets and event strategies.
  • Identify gaps in Tiger's offerings and collaborate to shape new accelerators.

Partner Program & Operational Excellence:

  • Leverage Microsoft partner programs and incentives to build and accelerate the pipeline.
  • Ensure opportunities are properly registered and progressed through the Microsoft partner portal.
  • Track and report on pipeline, revenue influence, and field engagement metrics.
  • Drive alignment with Microsoft's FY priorities and scorecards.

Success Metrics:

  • Strong relationships with Microsoft field teams.
  • Measurable pipeline growth and closed revenue tied to co-sell motions.
  • Tiger positioned as a go-to partner for Data/AI transformation.
  • Industry-aligned GTM plays actively used by Microsoft sellers.
  • Increased visibility in Microsoft planning and customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 10-12+ years in partner sales, alliance management, or enterprise sales.
  • Strong experience co-selling with Microsoft.
  • Deep understanding of Data/AI, cloud transformation, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience in at least one target industry; cross-industry fluency preferred.
  • Strong executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience at a Microsoft partner or within Microsoft's field organization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft partner programs and co-sell processes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft industry clouds/priorities and solution plays.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
