Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Metals Department Manger, the inside sales position primarily processes the customer orders by entering the order into the Company’s software system, scheduling deliveries, ordering stock items, problem solving and providing good customer service.
Essential Functions

  • Take customer orders by phone, email, fax or in person
  • Write up customer orders in QuickBooks
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and other questions

Work Environment

This role is largely sedentary – spending long hours on the phone and in front of the computer.

Required Education and Experience
  • Fluent in English

  • Working knowledge of Paradigm and Excel
  • Knowledge of Construction Industry
