Job Description
Cornerstone Building Brands, headquartered in Cary, North Carolina, is the largest manufacturer of external building products in North America with over $6 billion in annual revenue and an expansive national footprint that includes almost 20,000 employees operating in +70 manufacturing facilities, supported by a network of +80 distribution and branch office facilities. We have a broad product range with a well-regarded brand portfolio including the #1 position in windows; vinyl siding; metal accessories; metal roofing and wall systems; and insulated metal panels.
Candidates should reside within the territory, with preferred locations including Western Washington and Oregon.
This teammate will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory. This role supports the components division including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands.
  • Positioned within MBCI's Commercial Roof & Wall segment, with direct sales to sub-contractors, general contractors & roofing contractors
  • Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
  • Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer's business and the critical measures that drive each account
  • Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
  • Ability to work with Operating Systems

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all CBB associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents and sales force
  • Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise
  • Must possess a minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience
  • Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials
  • Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
  • Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
  • Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnights a week)

Additional Information
Additional information
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $95,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
