As a Benefit Plan Coordinator, you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding employers through complex benefit plans while supporting key actuarial and operational processes.

What Will I Do?
Build & Manage Employer Relationships
Act as the trusted partner for employers-providing guidance on plan design, compliance, and changes while delivering training and representing MERS at meetings and events.
Lead Plan Administration & Implementation
Support the full lifecycle of retirement plans-from onboarding and setup to actuarial coordination, valuations, and ongoing plan enhancements.
Partner Across the Organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert, helping to align efforts, improve processes, and support organization-wide initiatives.
Ensure Accuracy, Compliance & Performance
Maintain clean data, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve issues, and keep operations running smoothly while driving continuous improvement and key projects forward (including actuarial timelines and major deliverables).
