Merchandising Analyst - Strategic eCommerce AccountsAbout the Position

As a Merchandising Analyst - Strategic eCommerce Accounts, you will work with our team to manage national retail accounts. You will succeed by building strong partnerships with our manufacturers and resellers, connecting their strategies and driving profitable growth. You will look for every opportunity to grow sales, improve processes, and build new partnerships with all the runway and autonomy you need to execute! The ideal candidate brings a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to grow into leadership.

Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our Atlanta, GA Office (3 days in office).

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for analyzing sales, profitability, and customer KPIs to uncover opportunities and implement timely actions that support growth.
  • Act as the primary strategic point of contact for retail merchants and manufacturer contacts, building trust and serving as their most reliable partner.
  • Expand product offerings by analyzing gaps in assortment and pitching new product lines and brands to your retail partners.
  • Evaluate pricing models, contracts, and promotional performance to design strategies that drive volume while protecting and expanding margin.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a strategic account, overseeing daily communication, reporting, and relationship development to drive mutual success.
  • Be the tip of the spear by collaborating with Marketing, Credit, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and others to deliver the best possible service to our manufacturer and reseller partners.
  • Lead meetings & business reviews with manufacturer and resellers partners.
  • Own the integrity of the product data across your accounts, ensuring your selling catalog is optimized for the retailer's platform.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field (e.g., Economics, Supply Chain, MIS, Finance).
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills. You can comfortably discuss data and strategy with key stakeholders and win others to your vision.
  • Creative problem solving: The ability to take an ambiguous challenge, break it down into a logical framework, and independently identify and execute solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • A burning desire to win and relentlessly pursue excellence.
