Job description

Reports to the director of Finance. Manages the development and maintenance of software programs to assist various departments in casino operations. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date performance against budget, forecast, prior year, market conditions, and operating expectations. 
  • Identify significant revenue, labor, expense, margin, and operating variances and conduct rootcause analysis. 
  • Translate financial and operational information into concise, practical recommendations for leadership and department teams. 
  • Develop executive-ready summaries, financial models, scenario analysis, and decision-support tools. 
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, financial reviews, month-end analysis, and corporate reporting requirements. 
  • Partner with Finance to strengthen data integrity, reporting consistency, timeliness, and usability. 
  • Build trend analysis that helps leaders understand emerging risks, opportunities, and performance changes over time.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.
