Job Summary:
Unleashed Brands is a company focused on creating innovative experiences for kids. The Growth Analyst will play a key role in analyzing data to drive guest acquisition, membership growth, and revenue performance while collaborating with various teams to provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs across guest acquisition, membership retention, and revenue growth
โ€ข Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify optimization opportunities
โ€ข Partner with Marketing to measure the effectiveness of promotions, email campaigns, and paid media
โ€ข Support forecasting and goal-setting with data-driven models and trend analysis
โ€ข Identify guest behavior patterns to inform loyalty strategy and churn reduction
โ€ข Maintain data integrity across CRM and reporting platforms
โ€ข Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise format
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define measurement frameworks for new initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets
โ€ข Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
โ€ข Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for ad hoc analysis
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication with an ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
โ€ข Minimum of two years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in a consumer-facing or high-growth environment
Preferred:
