In this position you will work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and brand teams to uncover insights that drive guest acquisition, membership growth, and revenue performance. Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs across guest acquisition, membership retention, and revenue growth
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing to measure the effectiveness of promotions, email campaigns, and paid media
  • Support forecasting and goal-setting with data-driven models and trend analysis
  • Identify guest behavior patterns to inform loyalty strategy and churn reduction
  • Maintain data integrity across CRM and reporting platforms
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise format
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define measurement frameworks for new initiatives
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for ad hoc analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with an ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in a consumer-facing or high-growth environment
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis preferred
Internal Processes:
  • Maintain and update recurring reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests from stakeholders within agreed-upon SLAs
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on metrics and reporting needs
  • Document data sources, definitions, and methodology to support team transparency
