Our 10-week paid summer internship program is designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive experience that combines professional development, networking, mentorship, and real-world business impact. Interns will work alongside leaders and subject matter experts on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and projects that contribute directly to the success of our advisors, clients, and business.
Job Overview:
As a Strategy & Growth Intern, you will support key initiatives that advance the organization's strategic priorities and enhance the advisor and client experience. Working alongside leaders across Strategy & Growth, you will contribute to projects focused on business growth, client activation, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and strategic planning.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple functions within the organization while developing analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Support strategic initiatives and business priorities across the Strategy & Growth organization

  • Conduct research, analysis, and project work to support business growth, advisor engagement, and client activation efforts

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

  • Develop presentations, communications, and other materials for leadership discussions and decision-making

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support project execution and organizational initiatives

  • Participate in professional development, networking, and learning opportunities throughout the internship experience

  • Present insights, recommendations, and project outcomes to leaders at the conclusion of the program

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3

  • Demonstrated interest in strategy, business operations, client experience, project management, or financial services

  • Strong academic performance and involvement in campus organizations, leadership activities, or prior internship experiences preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Offer is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening and the ability to work in a hybrid environment from our Fort Mill, SC, or San Diego, CA office, with an in-office presence of 2-3 days per week.

Summer Internship Schedule:
  • Full - time position for 10 weeks in the summer of 2027; Monday through Friday, working 40 hours a week during business operating hours.
