What We Need The Sales & Marketing Growth Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Member Outreach team in helping sign-up new healthcare practices as members, by building great collateral that makes our brand and service memorable, distributing creative through direct marketing efforts (both online and offline) and largely, managing participation at and maximizing lead-generation from industry conferences and trade shows. We manage and execute all marketing in-house and don't outsource to external agencies. Who We Need An intelligent, hard-working, and detail-oriented individual who has two or more years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Must take ownership to understand our marketplace and conduct in-depth research on prospective customers to suggest effective and innovative ways to reach them. This person should also be exceptional at understanding the sales process and the importance of marketing in growth as it supports these goals. Must have the ability to take initiative and see all projects from start to completion.

What You Need Must possess a lot of positive energy, self-initiative and a can-do attitude to find creative and ROI-efficient ways to market. Strong presentation and communication skills with the proven ability to engage an audience are a given. Skills to manage documents for internal and external communication to ensure brand and message consistency across the company utilizing Adobe product suite.

Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, having managed multiple deadlines and positively interfaced with a diverse group of team members, especially in sales. Be able to prioritize projects in a strategic manner, by working in alignment with the company's future goals and priorities. Willingness to take on the necessary leadership and action on new marketing projects and leads.
