Job description

Position: Digital Category Merchandising Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite - 3 Days/Week)

Job Type: Long term Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Category Merchandising Analyst to support the growth of a large-scale B2B eCommerce business. This role is part of the Digital Experience & Operations team and focuses on driving online revenue, optimizing digital merchandising, and enhancing omnichannel customer experiences.

You will work closely with category leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategies around assortment, pricing, promotions, and digital experience, contributing to high-impact categories with significant revenue ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of digital merchandising strategies across B2B and B2C channels
  • Analyze category performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Optimize online assortment, pricing, availability, and product presentation
  • Partner with product, pricing, promotions, and operations teams to drive online sales growth
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates, search performance, and customer experience
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase attachment rates
  • Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior
  • Assist in building and executing omnichannel merchandising and GTM plans
  • Conduct competitive analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering and catalog teams to ensure accurate and optimized site experience

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital merchandising or eCommerce, with 2+ years in B2B eCommerce
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, assortment planning, and pricing strategies
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Automotive, Industrial, or B2B eCommerce domains
  • Exposure to UX principles or customer experience optimization
  • Familiarity with omnichannel retail environments
