Associate Strategy and Innovation Analyst
Salary range: $57,346 - $71,682
This is a non-exempt position. Pay rates are based on education,skill, experience level and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Strategy and Innovation Analyst is responsible for supportingorganization-wide evaluations and analysis of County programs, services, andoperations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
โ€ข Participate on team projects, such as the annual Employee Climate Survey andCommunity Survey, conducting analysis of the data to support the team efforts
โ€ข Work independently and with the Office of Strategy and Innovation team toassist departments with the development and monitoring of program scorecards,based on the Balanced Scorecardframework
โ€ข Work independently and with the Office of Strategy and Innovation team on theannual performance review cycle that consists of conducting analysis of dataand contextual information
โ€ข Contribute to the evaluations of various programs and services commonly knownas program evaluations
โ€ข Assist the Office of Strategy and Innovation team with other various specialprojects
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in publicadministration or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Public Administration, or a related field.
Combination of relevant education and relevant experience accepted: Yes
Licenses and Certifications
May require a valid North Carolina or South Carolina Driver's License
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a relatedfield.
