Position Summary...Sam’s Club is seeking a customer-obsessed, strategic Senior Product Manager to lead omni channel membership engagement experiences. This role will improve member engagement through experimentation, personalization, lifecycle optimization, and seamless digital & in-club experiences that strengthen value communication and long-term loyalty.

  • Own the end-to-end membership engagement and membership management experience across digital and in-club touchpoints, driving adoption, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Design and optimize intuitive, personalized experiences that reduce friction and increase engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define, build, and scale impactful product capabilities.
  • Lead experimentation, personalization, and lifecycle strategies to improve conversion and engagement.
  • You are highly analytical and use data, experimentation, and behavioral insights to shape strategy and prioritization.
  • You have experience leading growth initiatives such as conversion optimization, retention, subscriptions, memberships, or loyalty programs.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and solve complex customer and business problems with scalable product solutions.

What you'll bring...
  • Experience building membership, subscription, loyalty, eCommerce, or retail products, including retention or monetization strategies.
  • Experience in growth product management, lifecycle optimization, or digital growth strategy.
  • Experience leading customer-facing digital products across web or mobile, including roadmap prioritization and delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, AI-driven experiences, or experimentation platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or digital experience.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
