Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic Member Services Associate to join our team! As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment. You’ll greet visitors, provide information, manage front desk operations, and ensure an excellent member experience.
The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask. If you’re a “people person” with a passion for health, fitness, and community, we want to hear from you!
 We have both part-time and full-time opportunities available, with flexible schedules to fit your availability. 
Responsibilities

  • Greet members, guests, and prospective clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Conduct tours for prospective members and explain membership benefits
  • Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
  • Accurately record member information, process payments, and manage accounts
  • Schedule classes, court reservations, and appointments
  • Assist with membership sales and renewals
  • Jump in to play pickleball with guests as and when needed
  • Enforce facility policies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications

  • Friendly, professional, and reliable
  • Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Pickleball playing skills
  • Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for evenings and weekends is a plus
