Job description

The Atlee Station YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Services Associates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. The pay range for this position is $13-$14 per hour.

DUTIES of a Member Services Associate

Member services associates will be required to answer phones, greet members, process memberships and complete program registrations. Must be able to work weekends and nights.
QUALIFICATIONS of a Member Services Associate

Member services associates should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
