Job description

Med Spa Manager

Location: Henderson, NV

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000 + bonus

Serenity is looking for an experienced Med Spa Manager who knows what it takes to run a high-performing location - and has the results to prove it. If you've managed a med spa, aesthetic clinic, or wellness center where revenue targets and client experience were equally non-negotiable, this role will feel familiar from day one. You'll have full ownership of the location: the team, the operations, the sales pipeline, and the standard of care members expect. We're not looking for someone who needs to be built from scratch - we're looking for someone who has already done this and is ready to do it at a higher level.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Run the full operation of a busy, premium service location - staffing, daily workflow, floor oversight, and service delivery

- Drive membership and service revenue, keeping your team focused on sales goals and conversion metrics

- Maintain a client experience that reflects the elevated standard Serenity is known for - attentive, professional, and results-oriented

- Coach and develop your team consistently, setting clear expectations and holding people to them

- Own your location's performance data - revenue, retention, conversion rates, and quality scores - and use it to make smart operational decisions

- Identify and address underperformance quickly, with clarity and a defined path forward

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience managing a med spa, aesthetic practice, wellness clinic, or similar high-touch service environment - this is the profile we're actively targeting

- A demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a membership or service-based model

- Strong accountability to KPIs - you've owned the numbers, presented them, and made adjustments based on what they told you

- Experience leading teams of 10 or more with real results: people developed, retention improved, performance lifted

- Comfortable with direct performance conversations - you don't avoid them and you follow through on what's decided

- Someone who runs toward operational problems, not away from them

Compensation & Benefits

- $100,000+ annually plus bonus incentives

- 90% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage

- 401(k) retirement plan

- 10 PTO days to start, 15 after year one + 10 paid holidays

About Serenity

Serenity is a technology-driven company offering advanced, evidence-based solutions for members seeking better health outcomes. Our locations operate at a high standard - and the managers who lead them are what keeps that standard real. We're a strong fit for leaders coming out of the med spa or aesthetic wellness space who are ready for a larger platform, stronger support, and a team that takes operations and performance as seriously as they do. If you've built something you're proud of in this industry and you're ready for what's next, we want to talk.

Serenity is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.Â
