$65,000โ€“$70,000 DOE + Performance-Based Bonus

An established and growing aesthetic practice in the Hickory, NC area is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and help maintain a professional, patient-focused environment.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, organizational, and operational skills who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic or cosmetic practice setting. The Practice Manager will support overall practice flow, team coordination, patient experience, and day-to-day operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day practice operations
  • Support administrative and clinical team workflows
  • Manage scheduling coordination, inventory oversight, reporting, and operational organization
  • Ensure a high level of patient experience and professionalism
  • Support practice initiatives, promotions, and occasional events
  • Help maintain efficient communication and team collaboration across departments
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a med spa, aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic practice preferred
