Medical Records Assistant | Full-Time | Based in Oklahoma City | Statewide Travel Required
Bridges Health is hiring a Medical Records Assistant to support medical records and assist in credentialing operations through record management and quality assurance. This role works with both our statewide communities and the internal teams that serve them to ensure accurate record management, efficient workflows, and compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with electronic medical record upload, conversion, and management projects.
  • Travel to facilities to support medical records operations and assigned projects.
  • Assist facility staff on medical records processes and best practices.
  • Complete record uploads and assist with overflow record management.
  • Audit medical record uploads and related processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with provider credentialing, onboarding, and maintenance of credentialing documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project tracking.
  • Collaborate with facility personnel and internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Provide support related to medical records and credentialing activities.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
