About the Role
Certified Lawns is hiring an Office Assistant to support daily operations and serve as a primary point of contact for customers. This is an in-office role focused on scheduling, communication, and organization.
What You’ll Do
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers. 
  • Manage scheduling and service requests. 
  • Enter and track leads in company systems. 
  • Communicate with customers regarding services and accounts. 
  • Support daily office operations. 
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organization and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills (phone and in person). 
  • Comfortable discussing customer accounts and services. 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
